Adicionar Ingredientes a Lista de Compras

32 barrinhas | 40 minutos |
|
- 4 xícaras de chá aveia em flocos
- 3/4 xícaras de chá açúcar mascavo ou de coco se quiser, pode usar 1/2 xic de chá de xilitol
- 1/2 xícaras de chá mel Opcional
- 1/2 xícaras de chá uvas passas
- 1/2 xícaras de chá cranberry passas
- 1/2 xícaras de chá castanha do Pará picada
- 1/2 xícaras de chá nozes picadas
- 2 col café canela em pó
- 4 unidades banana nanica amassadas
- 1 col chá ghee, manteiga ou oleo de coco para untar a forma
- 4 copinhos iogurte natural , desnatado ou o que voce gostar
- Em uma tigela coloque todos os ingredientes, por ultimo a banana amassada.
- Misture até formar uma massa.
- Unte uma forma de 40cm x 30cm.
- Espalhe a massa na forma , uniformemente até ficar com a mesma altura em tofda a extensão.
- Leve para assar em forno pré aquecido a 180 graus por 30 minutos.
- Retire do forno, espere e sfriar para cortar em barrinhas.
- Deixe acondicionado em um pote com tampa. Validade de 7 dias.
- Se for usar em tempo maior, pode colocar na geladeira(validade 15 dias) ou no freezer (validade 3 meses)
- Coloque os copinhos de iogurte no freezer por 2 horas
- Retire e faça queneles, bolinhas de sorvete com auxílio de 2 colheres
